No sign-up is needed and you can apply for a job by either sending an email or visiting the company’s job application form. Over 1,000 new positions are posted every month on the website, so there are many opportunities awaiting.

You can also create an account and specifically search for job listings based on your requirements, such as based on the preferred salary and pay method (per hour, day, month, or year). If you have an account, you can upload your resume and not only send it with 1-click on any employee, but your profile will be publicly accessible by companies that currently looking to hire.

Before we get started: Flexjobs.com requires you to sign up for an account if you want to apply for jobs. Is it worth it? Yes, it totally is! First and foremost, the company says that their team is spending over 200 hours per day verifying new job listings, and based on what they say, they have over 128,700k remote and flexible jobs available on their platform.
The most crucial thing that you’ll need to know about Flexjobs.com is that it only has legit job listings, meaning that you won’t be facing any issues with scams or junk offerings. Oh, and did I say there are no ads on their website? It’s also being used by some of the most popular companies in the world to hire new talent, including Spotify, Reddit, Netflix, Dropbox, and HubSpot, just to name a few.
Unfortunately, the service is not provided for free, but it’s fairly cheap to get full access, as they give you 14-day full access to all job listings for only $2,95. The funny thing with GlassDoor.com is that not everyone is a job seeker, with many users being employees looking to hire new talents, sharing their ideas, and helping other employees or job seekers. There are authors, content creators, founders, CEOs, and many people in different positions interacting with everyone on the platform, which makes it an absolute pleasure and ideal for making new connections with people in your field.
I had lots of fun using the website and interacting with other people, and I was constantly seeing new job offerings getting published, which is the point. It is surely not for everyone, especially for those who aren’t looking for a platform with other users, but it’s a great choice overall.

Usually, the persons who post the job offerings will provide full descriptions of what they’re asking, how much they’re willing to spend, and provide a sample of the work they’re looking for. For each individual who posts a new job, you can see if they posted other offerings in the past, and if they did, how many times they paid the freelancers (jobs paid and paid invoices).

There is also feedback on each and everyone from 0% to 100%, letting you know how they’ve been rated by others – if their rating is low, you can most probably avoid sending a Quote to them. You can also see how much money an employer/individual has spent on the platform from paying freelancers. New job listings are getting published every few seconds, and you can find many opportunities both in your local area and worldwide, with a huge list of offerings available for people willing to work remotely.
It’s not a place where you create an account and simply wait for someone to hire you though. You’ll have to spend a lot of time sending messages to companies and applying for jobs, and the faster you are at answering their questions, the faster you’ll land a job. Joining groups that are based on your professional field is also important, and interacting with other users is crucial if you want to make yourself known on the platform.
But even if you’re not looking at applying there, having a professional-looking account is important, as many companies and employees may search there to find more information about you.
